A permanent home for the business you built.

We acquire established companies from owners who are ready to step away.

Our approach

Why partner with us?

We are a private investment firm that acquires established, healthy businesses from owners who have spent decades building them and are ready to move on to what comes next.

  • A permanent owner

We buy to keep. We do not flip, resell, or take businesses apart - what you built continues under ownership that intends to last.

  • Your legacy, intact

  • A simple, Confidential process

Common questions

Questions owners ask us.

Straight answers to what owners most often want to know before a first conversation.

Will anyone find out my business is for sale?

No. Everything stays strictly confidential. There is no public listing, no auction, and no broker shopping your information around. We never contact your employees, customers, or suppliers without your knowledge and consent. Your information is seen by us alone, one private conversation at a time.

How do you decide what my business is worth?

We look at your earnings history, the durability of your customer relationships, the strength of your team, and what it takes to keep the business healthy long term. We are straightforward about value from the first call and transparent about how we arrive at the numbers. When we agree, we do not renegotiate after diligence.

Do I have to leave the business right away?

No. Most owners stay involved during a transition period that you help define - whether that is a few weeks of introductions or a longer handover. How long you stay, and in what role, is part of the conversation.

How long does the whole process take?

A typical sale closes in two to four months from a first conversation, and it moves at your pace. There is no auction timeline and no pressure. We would rather take longer and do it right.

What happens to my employees and company name after the sale?

They stay. We buy companies to hold them and grow them sustainably - we do not flip, resell, or take businesses apart. Day one after closing looks like the day before.

What does the transition process actually look like?

It starts with a confidential conversation about your business and your goals. If it makes sense on both sides, we review your financials together, agree on value, and sign a simple agreement. From there we plan the handover with you - introductions to key people, transfer of responsibilities, and whatever transition period you choose - so the business continues without disruption.

What does it cost to talk with you?

Nothing. There are no fees, no retainers, and no obligation. A first conversation is simply a conversation, held in confidence, and it exists to answer your questions - not to pitch you.

When you are ready, we are here to listen.

There is no pitch and no obligation. A first conversation is simply a conversation, held in confidence.
